Oasis in Fantastic Location
The location is brilliant! It's highly walkable to shops, restaurants, several historic sites, and spectacular views. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The solo room was small but well laid out and very practical, with a small fridge. The hotel has a lovely courtyard to relax in and have a drink. I would recommend taking a taxi/Uber your first time going, especially if you have heavy or large luggage.

A friend recommended this property to me so I am going to pass it forward. It was a great recommendation. It is not an ultra chic hotel but it is perfect for most travelers. It’s clean, modern, friendly and has a good location near the top 2 lookout points in the city. It is located in the old section of the city so walking involves hills, narrow streets and cobblestones, but very charming. The modern parts of the city are just a tram ride away which runs by the hotel. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. Hotel offers 24/7 coffee and water in the lobby and a 12€ per person breakfast. They also offer an affordable and clean car service to the airport.

Interaction with the staff was not the best. Staff was okay but didn't feel very welcoming. The bathroom was quite small and the use of space in the room was a bit odd. The good thing was that the hotel does offer to set up transportation service to and from the airport, in which you pay cash to the driver. Not completely necessary but helpful if you have flight coming in/leaving at odd hours, as Uber is readily available and very affordable. Overall and okay stay but I would not stay there again if I were back in Lisbon.

The hotel and staff were very good. The breakfast was good and the staff helpful. The location is an issue - hard to find from the train station and from sightseeing events out of the area. Very hilly. Would probably not stay here again based on the location.

The breakfast was very good. Nice staff, very helpful. I did order a taxi from the hotel to pick us up from the airport but they didn’t show up. We took a taxi from the airport and it was 10 euros cheaper so it worked out ok, but when we got to the hotel, they said they didn’t have the order for the taxi. Otherwise all was good.

A great choice in Lisbon
We loved the the neighborhood. Great restaurants nearby and closer to the waterfront. The service was friendly. The price was fair. We enjoyed nice evenings sitting outside in the central terrace with a glass of wine. Don’t hesitate to book!

This is located in easy walking distance to dining and attractions and tram 28 route. Breakfast was good variety of hot and cold options including fresh fruit . Nice seating area for eating Comfortable quiet courtyard to sit in Or big lobby with tables to sit at… We would stay here again

We loved our quick, overnight stay at this hotel! The location was great, very walkable, and convenient - plus in a historic area. Tough to get to by car, but don’t let it dissuade your decision. We had no problem getting a taxi to the airport in the morning or getting dropped off in front of the hotel with the code. Wish we had more time in our trip to explore more!

Nice hotel tucked away in the very tourist centric Alfama area Access via a very narrow lane that only registered taxis can get access to But nice breakfast and the more stayed there, more liked it Close to Baixa district and Castelo s. Jorge Very close to panoramic viewpoints and multiple eating establishments . Lots of Tuk-Tuk tours starting from very nearby Quite tight in streets and on the famous tram system #28 particularly Would go back if staying in Lisbon again
