Horrendous check in experience
The check in took 45 minutes!!!! This was a first for us and I actually could not believe it took that long. They didn’t offer anything by to reconcile the situation, and still seemed to take overly ling to check us in when it was our turn. We have stayed a many Vegas hotels and no matter how busy/big hotel is, I think max wait has been 20 min (and that’s MAX). I tried to do mobile check in but the guest Wi-Fi and cell service was just way too slow. Wow. Could never do that again

I would start by saying the breakfast options are a little limited, but it depends on how picky you are. The pool area is fantastic; there were some pools with warm water, and we enjoyed it. I am unsure if that happens around the year, as I see posts complaining about the cool water, but it was great for us and my two kids. Any drinks in that area are pricy, 16 for each beer, but it is Vegas, right? The casino is always clean, and during the night, I see more activity; the shopping mall attached is not that great unless you have a reasonable budget; there is a pharmacy across the street, so it is super convenient in case you need stuff. The parking fee is 18 per night, and you must also pay the hotel fee. It is not included, but it is almost everywhere. I am a Gold member in Expedia, and I got a late checkout at 1 PM for free, which was awesome. Did not get any room upgrade, though, but during the check-in, they did nott mention anything to me; I need to ask for it. The hotel and parking are very close, so there is not much walking to your rooms. The downside of the area is that it is far from the center of Vegas, but honestly, you might not need to be there. In general, I would stay there again, considering that the check-in might be super time-consuming if you are close to the check-in time; the hotel should do something to improve this process, like a self-check-in, as I see a long, long line on Sunday.
