Only a 10 minute beautiful walk (or a 3 minute drive) to the North Shore beach of Lake Tahoe, and restaurants and shops and public transit.

This lovely cabin offers 3 bedrooms, and 1.5 baths, with a light and bright kitchen, breakfast nook, dining area and cozy living room. It also features a large sunny deck at the front of the home with BBQ and outdoor dining/seating space, easy parking for 2 cars, and a private setting off the master bedroom in the back, perfect for blissful evenings spent reminiscing on the day's amazing activities, with friends and family! Or just relax in the back patio Hot Tub!
This home has 1,163 sq ft and comfortably sleeps 6 or 8 with a little less privacy:
*Master bedroom has a Smart TV, a King bed (while the master doesn't have a topper it feels like a full memory foam mattress) and a sleeper sofa
*Guest bedroom has a Queen bed with mattress topper
*Second Guest bedroom has a Twin over Full Bunk bed
*All bedrooms share one full bathroom
*There is a half bathroom as well

*2 Smart TVs (living room and master bedroom)
*Also an Apple TV is connected with each TV
*Games, Books, Toys are also available for more indoor entertainment
**Guests have to log into their streaming account. Please don’t forget to log out at the end of your stay to avoid others using your account.

This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.
**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergency only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.
Between Northstar and Incline for skiing. Not too far from Squaw. Close to Brockway for golf. Or just walk along the beautiful North Lake Tahoe shore.
Driveway parking (2 cars max). Winter time we highly recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle and to add sufficient travel time when planning your drive to the property.
Trash Instructions:
-Please ensure the bear box is secured when putting trash inside.
-NEVER leave trash outside the bear box.
NOISE: Please be mindful and courteous of noise levels. Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. During that time frame please keep noise to a minimum.
Please note, we do our very best to ensure that after each reservation the amenities listed are and remain in the home. As you might imagine, things go "missing" over time and while we do our best to check and replace, things (like a hair dryer) can go missing and therefore we kindly ask that you check with us first, have a back up in place just in case, or otherwise agree to book our home with the understanding that some items listed throughout our listing may not be on site. For that we apologize and will do whatever we can to remediate as quickly as possible. No refunds will be given nonetheless.
Please note that in winter weather & storm conditions such services as Internet and cable may be spotty and/or nonfunctional. Those are beyond our control and we do not provide refunds or credits in the event that services are out due to inclement weather conditions, which is the norm. Please book only if you are ok with the potential of not having cable or Internet during your stay during bad weather.
Please inquire before confirming your booking if you're not 100% sure about the space. The description and the pictures were meant to describe it as much as possible, but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask them.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Definitions:
"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.
-Absolutely no parties or loud music.
-This is a NON-SMOKING property.
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

Water Damage:
-Leave indoor and outdoor pipes dripping to prevent them from freezing or bursting in the winter.
-During winter times, or when day time temperatures may be below 35 degrees Fahrenheit, then when checking out, turn off the main water valve completely and drain all pipes to prevent freezing. Also, leave the property heated to at least 55 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent freezing the pipes.
-Check washing machine, refrigerator, hot water heater, air conditioner (when available) and other major appliances (which use water hoses or drain lines) for damage, kinks, cracks, and contact us if you find any.
-If you notice any leaks around sinks, tubs, toilets, and hot water heaters contact us as soon as possible. These issues can lead to costly mold damage and rotten floating.
Fire Damage:
-Never overload electrical outlets and extension cords, or place throw rugs over electrical cords.
-Do not block a baseboard heater (when available)
