Best place we stayed at in the 10 years we've been coming to Amelia Island

Everything was as expected. Inviting and comfortable. Location is very convenient and easy to access. Overall , it was the best experience we've had so far.

Great property!

Convenient beach and pool access. It was very clean and adequately furnished. The property manager is local and was very helpful. The light over the dining table was very dim but was not an issue for us, really. WiFi access was easy and was a fast internet service, allowed my kids to enjoy a few games at night while they were winding down. We will ask for this particular unit when we visit again. I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Beautiful property. Ideal location. Beds need a bit of padding but great if you like very firm. Greater attention to turnover details needed (no soap in one bathroom. Toilet paper not loaded on roll in another....) I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location. It was an easy walk to the beach where we saw several turtles on the way and found a handful of shark teeth. Lots of good places to eat on the island like the Salty Pelican and Down Under. Great place to stay for family and kids.

Beautiful Decor and Complex

The décor in this condo was beautiful and the complex was wonderful. We had basically everything we needed. The main downside to the Sailmaker complex is that the pool is NOT heated so it was too cold to swim in April. The only other complaints I have is that the owner could definitely invest in some better beach chairs and the patio screen door handle was broken and needs to be replaced. Otherwise everything was great and we would stay here again.

Location Location Location!

Decided this year to spend my holiday time on Amelia Island. Had visited earlier in the year (March) and fell in love with this majestic, tranquil lovely island. I was fortunate enough to find this ocean front condo, booking the unit/communication with the owner was a breeze. Unfortunately, I was a day late arriving due to being caught in the awful blackout at Atlanta airport and after being awake for 32 hours straight upon arrival at the condo I locked myself out with everything inside. Luckily there was someone in the parking lot who let me borrow their phone, contacted the owner and she was gracious enough to send someone right away to let me back in. Let me tell you I was most grateful, slept for 16 hours straight after that. The unit itself is well appointed having recently been renovated felt like you were in a brand new home. Plenty of living room seating and the furniture was actually comfortable, great for me since I would be spending almost 2 weeks here. The views are incredible and while the weather overall wasn't summer time temps it was still perfect. Close to everything on the island, spent time at the Ritz Spa, at restaurants both at the Omni and in downtown Fernandina. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and the only recommendation I'd make to the property owners would be to upgrade the bath towels as they were not suitable, especially for a property at this price point.
