Property is under construction from building renovations, temperatures are low which is not normal for Orlando but the resort does have a heated pool and the water was ice cold ! There was no one in the pool 3 days in a row because of this. Also the one decent day it was warm enough outside to get in the pool the closed it at 7pm due to the lights being broken ! 5 days we stayed there lights were not fixed just incredible. There are definitely better places to stay in Orlando stay else where ! Hilton is my favorite hotel chain we only stay in hiltons as we are honors members with status but this place was so bad we checked out 2 days early !

The room was very nice. We had an issue with the AC but it was fixed immediately by maintenance. Very nice grounds and pool areas, but it's a large property so getting around is difficult without a ride. They do have shuttles, but there is sometimes a long wait time to get one.

Let me start by saying I’m speechless. My partner and I booked 2 nights at the Hilton Mystic Dunes Resort to be close to friends for a visit. When we checked in, It turned out that our room did not have hot water in the shower or sink. We called the office in the morning, they sent engineering to solve (they said hot water was on cold settings and cold on hot settings) Believing the water was fixed, when going to shower, no hot water. Again. When we called the front desk, they did offer to fix the hot water but we were checking out. That’s 2 days without showers. Not ideal. I did express my unhappiness of not having hot water for the entire stay .. they simply said sorry you are unhappy. No offer of compensation - they offered excuses but not once did they offer a solution. Not once. I did ask that they refund the high resort fee paid for the 2 days as a compensation for the poor experience, no showers, and poor service. A fair ask I think. They argued with me, they didn’t want to do that .. 45 minutes later, they continued with excuses. Their final comment was that I lied about not having hot water and there would be no compensation. Honestly, the worst customer service I have experienced. Bottom line: this Hilton did not offer the quality of service you’d expect from this brand. I can say not only will I not stay at this Hilton again.. I’d think twice about the brand in general after this incredibly bad experience.
