The property has many amenities for families that were quite nice including the waterpark and family karaoke. There are a few thing that would keep me from referring a friend. The daytime staff was friendly but the evening staff was not. We arrived very late and when we relized there were no sheets for the pull out sofa, it took over 30 minutes to get them even though we offered to pick them up and was told not to come to the front desk when I went to look for help. The security guard offered to help us find housekeeping. They also advertise a shuttle service to the amusement parks which only goes one time during the day at 7am and has only one pickup atound 6pm. Which means you will miss the evening parades and activities. Finally, plan for a number of extra resort fees.

2nd year in a row at the grove! The facility is phenomenal! A wonderful experience each time. I would recommend to the resort however that the refillable soap/shampoo bottles get filled at least once in a 6 day stay. We ran out and ended up using the hand soap from the sink. Also, heated pools or figure out a way to warm the pools below a certain temperature.

The staff was great and common areas were well appointed. The room was meh (needed some TLC) and the dining options were limited. Weather was to cool to take advantage of water parks or pools. The Christmas music starting at 8am and ending after 10p was a little extra.
