This was our second time staying and this last time will be our last. Upon arrival , the systems were down, we couldn’t get room keys and we had to wait for security to come open our room, the resort is large so it took upwards for 20 mins waiting outside our room to be let in. Getting into the room the room was not that clean the floor was sticky and the table was not wiped down, there was also a dog in the next room barking for hrs although they have a no pet policy, we had to call several times to try and get the dog barking issue resolved. The fan in the room was shaking almost loose from the ceiling, the water in the sink was so low it was practically dripping and barely running. It just was not a pleasant experience this time around.

Very spacious unit, my family stayed in the two bedroom two bathroom full kitchen unit. Bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. There is an amazing amount of closet space. Kitchen had all full-size appliances. Very pleased overall!

Property seems to be in the very early stages of decline. I made calls to the front desk on two separate nights for noise complaint and smell of marijuana. The front desk behaved as if I was the inconvenience for calling instead of the other disrespectful clients. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep. The walls are paper thin and it seems like security is helpless in these type of situations. I will not be going back to this property.

We had a wonderful stay ! The staff was extremely helpful , the grounds were beautiful and we had so much fun at the water park and pool areas! We would recommend staying at this property and hope to go back one day! Our kids especially loved fishing at the pier , the gentleman who worked there was very good with them!

The room was large. Walls are thin. You can hear neighboring rooms easily. While the rooms are “refreshed” the bathroom had a mold smell. View was great of the pond. The parking garage is pretty tight. Parking is easy for smaller vehicles. The pools were very nice and clean. The property is large. Tons of walking you can do with the family. Location was convenient to everything and about a 20 minute drive to Disney.

I liked that they offered shuttle to parks when booking but then when we got there they only offered one time to go and one bus time to get back sometimes it was way earlier then the parked opened or it was coming back super early
