Overall, we liked the property very much. Kids enjoyed the waterpark, condo was spacious and clean. Couple of weird things - like two bath towels for 4 adults and a child, Keurig but no coffee at all, only two room keys allowed.

This property is just “ok”…decent condo style suites..may not feel the cleanest..but very spacious..pool area is mediocre at its best..no staff cleaning up trash people have left behind, all hand sanitizing machines have been out and not refilled…4 days now..VIP only seats around the pool? Silly..resort not even close to being that busy or worth the extra $..would I return? This doesn’t stand out from any of the 100 other resorts in the area..also..lazy river was gross..dirty..landscape was awful..3 stars of that

When first arriving at The Grove we were greeted by Darryl who was very friendly and professional. We absolutely loved running into him as we exited and reentered after enjoying Orlando! Our beds were very comfortable, our condo was very nice and my grandson enjoyed looking out on the balcony!! We came on a 4th Generation trip and I was very glad that chose THE GROVE❤️

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. - I had just left North Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach/SC before getting here and what a shock of reality this was. this place is TERRIBLE. This place is NOT a resort, although it's priced as such. - We arrived around 10pm and there was no extra bedding for the pullout couch. We called the lobby, and they placed an order to deliver it to us. 4 days later and we still haven't received it. - The mattress for the pullout couch was filthy. - Master bedroom door frame was broken as if the door was jammed, and someone forced their way out so door could no longer be closed. - Entry way had a 3in hole in the wall. - You are expected to wash your own LIMITED number of towels. - Limited number of toilet paper rolls. - Everything cost extra. - Mini Golf is expensive for 7 holes within a 10sqft area. - - Check-in is VERY slow. - Nobody answers the phone (try calling them before booking) - Kids pool was not heated, but the lazy river was (partially and depending on the day). Temperature varied wildly every day. - The view from my room was nice (facing a pond) - Plenty of parking - Food is terrible and limited. - Photos are VERY misleading. This place is MUCH worse than a 2.5 hotel. MUCH WORSE. You are better off getting a cheaper hotel and going to a water park. DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO BUSINESS THAT HAVE NOT RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Staff customer service was poor. Rude amd not helpful. Room was not clean and a lot of things weren't working. Broken dishwasher, broken window shades. Dog hair all over our room. Nice pools amd good proximity to parks, but will not stay there again.

The staff was very good but the amenities need work. Food choice was non existent . Should recommend renting a car for this property as transportation is poor. One bus each day each way to the parks. Also they need to heat the pool at the new Terraces as they would have more people stay there for cocktails.

Our only downside to this resort is that they have limited signing in their huge resort. Building 2 goes to building 1 and 1 to 3 but you can easily be lost and the elevators are ABCDEFG whatever and choosing the wrong elevator on the main floor can put you through a portal, even the workers get lost trying to help us 😆 otherwise it’s clean comfortable and the water facilities are amazing.
