The property was nice. I didn’t get information about what the property offered when I checked in, so we didn’t do much there. The check in process was quick. I didn’t like that I had to pay separately for the water park that’s on the property, but my children had fun there. The room was really small but we made it work. It was conveniently close to restaurants and stores. There was plenty parking near our room. I wouldn’t visit here again tho.

The place staying is good - only the timeshare is not feel happy. Take up time of vacation. Hope they tell people about that before invited for free meal and lunch.

I like the fact that transportation was delayed most of the times but, the employees were willing to make it uncomplicated. Their receptionists are to provide more details to clients before asking for credit card payments. They need to explain the reasons why they're asking for that last payment . Also, to provide receipts.. Whatever deposit received for the stay, refund should start processing as soon as client checks out meaning that same day.. Overall, everything else was fun and enjoyable.. My family and I will definitely go back again and again...Thanks people...

Overall it was great, very close to all the Disney parks but not good at all for Universal. The water park is pretty good but the food on property isnt very good and the nearby restaurants are just okay. I always smelled Marijuana no matter where I went. Our apartment was absolutely great! It was newly remodeled and very clean, a/c worked great, the laundy machines were a huge plus and very convenient. Totally worrh the price.

The Resort was beautiful and very kid friendly. I would definitely recommend if traveling with kids; there's so much to do on property.

I love that it is convenient, everything close to or on property. Only bad thing was I came for the waterpark and pools and they closed them down early. Stating it was due to weather but the rain had stopped

Zero housekeeping service. We were there for 6 days. Not once was our room cleaned, garbage taken out (we did it ourselves ) and no fresh towels. Matter of fact in one of our two rooms the towels were moldy as there was a water leak underneath the sink where the towels were stored. They did have a washer and dryer on our floor where we washed our own towels and bedding. We were supposedly in the completely newly remodeled section. Horrible to day the least.
