Room was nice but lacked important things like instructions for devices (microwave, TV) and documents like maps directories. restaurant lists, etc. No note pads or pens. Disappointed that using wifi for internet required extra charge.

The room was excellent, definitely five stars. The only reason for not giving five stars overall was the setup of the internet. Free wifi is advertised but when connecting I was asked to provide all sorts of personal information to become a member of their "club" which I didn't want to do. The front desk gave me a special code which worked on the iPhone (though I had to do this more than once during my stay). Wifi didn't work on my MacBook; for some reason the popup window for giving the login information didn't appear. I've had this problem at just one other hotel in about five years. Wifi access should be simpler than this and at most hotels it is. Otherwise this was a great stay.

Good place to Stay
The hotel was fine but the area is not good. There is a lot of homeless people hanging out in the area. There is an empty field next to the hotel property and many homeless sleep there.

This hotel was in a great location for us - near good restaurants and a Tesla charging station! Worked out perfectly and the hotel breakfast was great for our group, too! Nice stay!

We stayed in an 'accessible' room due to traveling with my 99 year old mom. The room was large including the bathroom. But instead of a shower stall, it had a tub, making a shower challenging and risky for my mom. We ran out of toilet paper the 1st nite - no extra rolls available. I had to go down to the desk to get a roll! The breakfast room and service was good but other amenities just okay.

Comfortable, clean, great service. Close to Redwoods National Park. The neighborhood has a lot of homeless hanging around. Poorer part of town.
