Comfortable, clean, great service. Close to Redwoods National Park. The neighborhood has a lot of homeless hanging around. Poorer part of town.

Great experience with staff. Had a special request for a quiet room for our dog and they were able to deliver. Surrounding area is kind of sketchy on first impression, but it’s a good option if you are staying in the area.

Booked a “studio suite” and when we checked in found that there was tarp over all the windows because they were refacing the building. When we said this was unacceptable they put us in a smaller room but would not do anything to compensate us because we booked through Expedia. Hotels should make it clear to patrons if you can’t look through the windows, or if any other amenity it is reasonable to expect in a hotel room is lacking. I would absolutely never have booked this room when planning my vacation if I’d known about the window situation.

Nice stay - friendly staff
I really enjoyed the hotel staff friendly attitude … the pool and hot tub were awesome — and this photo shows the dining room where we enjoyed an awesome breakfast— They had some construction going on but thankfully they ceased working at 6 pm daily
