"It takes five minutes on foot to Pub Street and old market. Easily reachable from many minivan terminals and local famous place. Very safe and clean.
You can see beautiful sunset from loof top Sky Bar.
Also, there are two local supermarket near this hotel. You can purchase food, beverages with low price. For example, a 330 ml can of local beer is 0.75 US dollar. "
