Beautiful hotel with excellent customer service. Will definitely be returning to this hotel! Staff went above and beyond. Rooms are spacious, pool was beautiful, food and spa service was also fantastic. Great location for walking or grabbing transportation which was always available.

Wonderful hotel! Very comfortable room. The pool was quite large, very clean and deep enough to do some laps. The spa was a bit dated but excellent service. Gym great - lots of equipment. The breakfast buffet was good - plenty of options. We only wish the a la carte menu - for pool side had more local Cambodian food choices.

The hotel and staff are amazing. From the moment you walk in you are feel like you are at home. The service was impeccable - from dining service to organizing tours, they were able to meet every request. The hotel was very clean as well as spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

This may be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. There truly is not enough good things we can say about the place. When we landed in Siem Reap, the hotel provided us with a ride from the airport even though they normally only provided that service for guests staying longer than we had originally booked for. When we arrived we immediately fell in love with the place as it is serenely yet breathtakingly beautiful; with warm wood and cool stone blended in a way that made us feel like we were in a modern luxury hotel while still remaining true to its Cambodian roots. However, despite the gorgeous decor, excellent amenities, and excellently sized and furnished rooms, the most delightful thing about the resort is its staff. From the front doormen, to the receptionists and housekeeping staff, every single encounter we had with one of the staff members made us feel like we were truly welcomed guests and that they were actually happy to have us stay with them. We came away from every single encounter happier and feeling a sense of awe and gratefulness that we have never gotten from any other resort experience, even at other fabulous places we have stayed in the past. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by 2 days and found things to do in Siem Reap (which was easy as there is so much around the area that is worth staying for), just so we could stay at the resort longer. We are sad we are leaving and worried that the rest of hotels on our trip will disappoint us.

As my first time in a 5-star resort/hotel, I wasn't sure what to expect. What I received, however, completely blew me away. We stayed for 2 weeks. The staff is super friendly and attentive, without being excessive. The breakfast had a lot of variety with daily chefs preparing in front of you rather than out of view in a kitchen, and everything was always fresh. The rooms are spacious for two, although I obviously only saw the one. I visited during the end of the low season when the weather was still fairly hot but not too much so, and it meant that a lot of services were regularly unoccupied, with only a few people at the pool or the gym. A big plus. For the breakfast, we were regularly served by Chantrea and Savey who were excellent and quickly remembered our requests and Rothana in the crêpe station would serve with a bright smile. Being in the company of a coffee connoisseur, it was also impressed upon me that the coffee was excellent (while I enjoyed the teas instead). The hotel is a bit off the main tourist streets, but there's a fleet of tuktuks available to take anyone where they're going quickly and for a fair price (do remember to agree a price in advance) or typically for $25 for a full day. Lipai, the concierge, also offered good suggestions and directions for what to see. From the breakfast to the pool, the gym, the dinner, the cleanliness and the staff attentiveness, I couldn't find any flaws if I tried looking for it. My only problem was that the WiFi in the

We stayed for four nights. We were welcomed with cold towels and a welcome drink after they picked us up from the airport. The staff are all very courteous and helpful. Always greeted us with smiles. The spa is beautiful, we definitely made use of it. The food was good at breakfast, on the morning we went to Angkor Wat, we were provided with breakfast boxes to take with us as we left at 4:00am. The facilities are clean. Beds were super comfortable. The pool was great. The best part about this hotel is how great the staff are. Super friendly and very attentive, made you feel like you’re the most important guests there. Thanks for an amazing stay.
