I wanted to share my experience during my recent stay. The receptionists were courteous and helpful during both the morning and evening shifts, which I truly appreciated. However, I did encounter an issue with the mini fridge in my room; it wasn’t working properly. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to store my food, and it went bad.

I loved staying in Jaslin hotel. Very clean, has elevator, comfortable beds, good room, TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi The staff is very friendly and helpful The location is excellent. A few min walk from the subway, in my estimate about 200 meters and 2 or 3 stops from the downtown depending where you need to go. Public transportation is very good.

We stayed at the Jaslin hotel for a conference. Couldn’t have asked for a better option. Being right in Chinatown is so convenient and a 25 min walk to McCormick place or a quick scooter ride
