Wife and I stayed for a weekend and had no issues. Close to the airport, no traffic 15 mins to the good spots in Chicago, traffic and it is like any other city. Really cool spot with tons of bars and food behind the adjacent hotel within 5 min walking. Staff was friendly and room was comfortable. Easy in and out for early flights out of O’Hare. It is an IHG hotel and forgot to add my points, but that’s on me

I found a bug in my bed & on the wall. They told me over the phone that pet fee was $50. When I check in, they said it’s $100. I had to go from floor to floor just to get some ice.

Room wasn't the Room that I paid for. Also paid for breakfast to be included in the stay and it wasn't honored at the hotel. Paid $100 in security fees and $29 per day for parking and checked in at 7p.m. that night and I was still charged for a full night.

I reserved a bundled hotel and flight package through Expedia that was supposed to include shuttle services, but we didn't receive any. Your website clearly indicates that shuttle services are part of the hotel amenities, yet it doesn't mention that this applies only to those who book their flights through O’Hara. Additionally, our king-size room had the smallest television I've ever seen, the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t functioning, and the lamp on the right side of the bed was inoperable. When we visited the bar in the restaurant, they were unable to serve us because they didn't have any clean glasses. We ended up waiting for other guests to finish their drinks and had to ask for the check before we could place our order, and there couldn’t have been more than 15 to 20 people there at the time.
