The rooms are extremely spacious but they look and smell like a hospital. The energy in the room is borderline depressing because the lighting is insanely dim. They don’t have sufficient overhead lighting, just tiny lamps here and there. The hallway had a nasty smell and the floors looked rough. The parking is $30 but even if you pay, there is no guarantee that you will actually be able to use the parking lot because they sell more parking passes than actual spaces available. It is very possible that you could buy a pass and end up parking on the side of the street. All in all, I would never stay here again.

For not being downtown it was really close and convenient. Many restaurants within a mile. Room was spacious and clean. Front desk person was really nice. Breakfast was super. Stitch a great price for what we receive.

This hotel was very clean and well maintained and well worth the money. We stayed here to attend an event at the United Center and it was very convenient, walkable distance. Loved the high ceilings in the hallway.
