Had to wait on a shuttle at 10:00pm for over an hour and still did not show up. Had a group of 8 people and ended up having to get a taxi and it cost an additional $80-$100. The problem with the shuttle is that it wasn’t just for this Hampton Inn. It was for multiple areas.

Great location, would stay again!

Staff was friendly and accommodating; breakfast is about on par with other hotel breakfasts! Pool was well maintained - great location overall! The only downside, was there was only one working elevator, which made coming and going quite a lengthy process.

Very friendly staff, quick service regarding special requests (ie: extra hangers), well kept property and room, comfortable bedding, nice complementary hot breakfast options, and efficient & shuttle service to and from O'Hare Airport. I would definitely stay again. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars overall was 1 of the 2 elevators was not working during our 6 night stay, and the product used to clean the un-carpeted portion of our room left a bit of a sticky residue.

Best stay ever

Front desk was the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel I’ve ever been to. The room was so nice and clean. We did not utilize the pool, gym, or the complimentary breakfast so I cannot comment on those amenities.
