This property was among the best where we have stayed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The included breakfast included hot foods that varied each day. The hot tub was amazing. We highly recommend staying here if in the Carlsbad area.

We have stayed here before so i had an idea what to expect. Room is spacious, bathroom is clean and well stocked and we always appreciate the space of the kitchenette and “lounge room.” Bed was cozy. My only irritation was is our room was closer to the freeway this time which was white noise i couldn’t block out.

Property needs updating and cleaned. Room was dirty smelled of smoke and mildew. Anyone can use the elevator thats located outside. People walk right by your window and no ample sight blockage as just sheer curtains to cover most of the window. You can easily see inside. Ended up only staying 1 night and lost money by going to another hotel for the rest of my stay. Kitchen was old and dirty.

There was no room service. There were 3 of us staying in the room, but only two towels were left. Rooms were not cleaned on a regular basis. The first room we checked into was facing a Freeway and very noisy, with two tiny beds, which was not what he saw on the picture when booking. We then moved to a different room. Again, no room service was available.

This is one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. The rooms were accommodating to every need, very clean and staff were really friendly. Not to mention the complementary breakfast had really great choices and was delicious.
