Overall the dining experience was good but the actual hotel has issues which needs attention.
I requested for a room with a bath, unfortunately there was an issue with the water pressure for the bath, after 20 minutes the bath was only 1 inch filled. Maintenance visited but wasn’t able to resolve it. I decided to have a shower, the water pressure was far worse and the temperature was too hot even at the coldest setting. This is a safety issue which I raised with the receptionist. The basic housekeeping wasn’t maintained as hair was found in the bath upon arrival and the kettle was full of limescale.
The beds were far too firm so this can be an issue for those with back problems as it causes pressure and trying to sleep whilst getting comfortable is difficult.
I've had to wait 20 minutes for a replacement kettle..
I just felt my stay there was a unpleasant and stressful one. Very disappointed with the level of services offered. For these issues mentioned the receptionist decided to minus the £10 for parking which I think isn't fair & reasonable.
Overall very disappointed.
