Very beautiful place, excellent location and very neat. My issue was with the fact that after I paid online through Hotels dot com, the hotel still demanded to have a copy/details of my credit card, this terms and conditions were not included at the time of booking. So if you’re not comfortable with that policy, don’t book this place. Also their fire alarms keeps ringing even at night randomly, well they claim it was a false thought. But it was really disturbing.

Worst experience we've ever had at a hotel
Where to start. Not wheelchair friendly as advertised, unless happy with waiting outside in the cold until someone available to let you in at the back via all the bins. We were next to some utility area (possibly laundry) loud noises ALL HOURS so very little sleep. Blocked shower too. Bathroom door didn't even close - as in stays ajar so can't even go to loo in peace. Most horrendous hotel experience we've ever had.
