Excellent Stay
I booked for my husbands birthday, the hotel is fab and beautifully decorated for Christmas, they upgraded our room and it was huge! The bed really comfortable and plenty of cupboard space with iron if needed. Our room was located down the end so it was very quiet. I checked in on the app so they just gave us our key when we arrived. I did originally book as i wanted a hotel that included parking, but after the booking i had a message to say carpark is £25 on the day if available. There was availability but we parked in NCP which is 5 mins walk and only £12 with the app.

We had a lovely nights stay at the Cardiff hotel, friendly staff and hotel was clean throughout Only minor issues, we cam back from out meal around 9:30 and decided to have a drink before going to bed. Had to ask for a different beer as the one given wasn’t the best. Otherwise very good experience. Thanks.

The hotel is very centrally located close to shopping. Staff were very helpful, special thanks to Joanna. The room was clean and spacious, although quite noisy through the night from an AC unit outside.

Hotel was great! In a very convenient location, right in the centre and everything is within walking distance. Most of the staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and very nice, I had an issue with one of the lights in the room, in fact when I arrived at the hotel they were already aware and working on it, but even after they fixed it, there was something bothering me with the light and the staff were quick to solve it. Overall it was a really good experience and we very much enjoyed our stay! We were in a junior suite which was very spacious and the bed was excellent! We will return!
