We stay here two or three times a year and love it. It’s calm, and a really good place for a family with kids. The only thing that would be ideal is an upgrade to the gym and pool. They work fine but they are such a popular place that it’s often overcrowded to say the least

Good hotel close to the Space Needle and Seattle Centre. Half hour walk from Pike Place. Decent restaurants in the vicinity. Good parking area at the hotel. Provision of water in the lobby is a good touch. The breakfast items in the lobby can be improved. Overall, a good place to stay.

Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bar and cafe staff, however, were not. No "hello" or "what can I get you?". No eye contact, and their attitudes left a lot to be desired. Also, not a fan of the bedding concept with the separate duvets. We both got so hot in the night and just wanted a sheet!

Parking area could use better monitoring to ensure their is enough parking. Many vehicles taking up two spaces, and not utilizing the compact vehicle spaces. Parking was extremely difficult coming back to the property at 730pm.

Scammers! That’s all I have to say about a hotel that charges one price through Hotels.com and then, in fine print, adds an extra $42 per day for parking and a $29.95 Guest Amenity Fee. Thank you for helping me create my resolutions for 2025: NEVER AGAIN USE HOTELS.COM, AND NEVER STAY AT ANY HOTEL IN THE Pineapple chain. BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!
