Room was good and comfortable. The hotel is close to airport and breakfast is included BUT far from all the restaurants and shopping and it does not have any beach that you walk to. The hotel is at the beginning of the hotel zone. The local bus also doesn't come here. You have to rely on Uber. Food delivery apps (Uber eats) didn't even show this hotel for delivery and other restaurants said they won't deliver here. And for all tours (day tours outside Cancun) , the tour bus stops here first for pick up. So you will really have an early start of the day at 6:30 am

The property was ideal for a short stay. The breakfast included was great with a variety of typical Mexican dishes. We stayed in a suite with two bedrooms and was nice to have plenty of room for everyone, we also added a pull-up sofa bed for a total of 5 adults comfortable sleeping. The gym and pool areas are well sized with snacks and drink service. There's a self-service laundry room that can became handy for some. Only comment is that the floor we stayed was over perfumated and cause some discomfort, but other than that the place was great.

The room was incredibly large! Staff was helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was really good. There are two pools on the roof both with pretty views. It was only intended to be a stop over hotel because it's close to the airport, but it's worth it as a destination. Highly recommend

My stay at Residence Inn was a good no one. I like the friendliness of the staff. They were always ready and willing to help if need be. Also there were some good choices at the breakfast buffet. The only thing I believe you should add to your menu is some vegan dishes. One member of my party was vegan and she had very little options

Excellent extended stay property. Marriott being reliable brand. Con: - No restaurant. Only snack bar to purchase snacks. - No transport support to or from airport by hotel (not even paid). - Front desk was rude and not helping. - I booked via Expedia and that was the reason I believe. - I paid extra for ocean view king bed apt and on check-in they said they dont have it available and lied about giving me an upgrade to 2 queen bed apt, which actually cost low. On confrontation, agreed and said no ocean view apt is there so only 1 apt on 1st level was available. No refund or compensation as I booked via Expedia. Finally after argument, suddenly they found 1 apt available and assigned me that. After entering I found its not ocean view but the parking view. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. The price diff was $6 per night so left argument and continued to enjoy my vacation. Lesson learnt: if Marriott, book via its own app or site else they will not entertain you. - Giving 5 star still for the property and cleaning and other staff. Pros: - excellent property in budget. - best for family, especially with kids as each room is a studio with fully equipped kitchen. - all rooms have smart tv with internet for youtube. - highly recommended. Tips - use Uber, didi or InDrive apps for taxi. Cheap and easy means of transportation from hotel. - pre book Uber for airport transfer for peace of mind.
