If you are expecting a Caribbean beach, this in not the place. The hotel has a ‘fake’ beach, literally next to ferry port.

The waiters at the buffet restaurant were very friendly and attentive to our needs, two in particular, Alfredo and Pepe. They would always come and greet us, even if not in their section, they would still acknowledge us. When my husband was sick, they even would go back to try to find food he was able to eat. We give them a 12 on a score of 10. Regarding our room, Susan (I hope I am not mistaken - room 538) would always make sure our room was clean and done rapidly (since we were sick in the room) but efficiently. We also give her a 12 on a score of 10.

What an amazing trip. All the staff at this resort were so nice. It's a smaller resort but pretty central to everything and it's central for the boats and ferry to go to other islands and stuff so it was very convenient. The food was great from the buffet, to the snack bar, to the 3 restaurants. It is safe with security all over the resort and the area is safe off the resort. We walked right outside the resort all the time and they have electric scooters right off the resort too. Highly recommend this resort! 9.5/10 :)

Most honest review, property is very small, rooms are outdated, my room smelled with harsh cleaning supply smell. Limited dining options, small food selection, zero entertainment, beach is nothing compare to the picture on line, beach was very dirty and smelled awful, very rocky in every area. I.would never recommend this resort to anyone. One thing i need to say the staff was wonderful and very friendly.

All personnel are so polite. This is my third time at this facility. Gets better every time...especially the food. The room cleaning Serice is especially notable. The furniture needs update but none the less serviceable. The pool is among the best.
