The room we initially booked did not match the images presented on the website, leading to disappointment during our three-night stay in an accessible room. The shower depicted in the photos was quite different from what we encountered, and the beds were significantly smaller than anticipated. Although we raised these concerns with the hotel, we were unable to switch rooms until our third night. This was particularly disheartening as we had been looking forward to this long-awaited break. When we finally moved to the room we had expected, it was a relief, but unfortunately, two of the nights still fell short of our expectations. Overall the location is great,hotel is clean and we enjoyed using the spa. If we had been allocated the final night stay over the 3 nights there would be no complaints.

The hotel is beautiful and located in a very desirable area. Back bay is one of my favorite places in Boston. The staff were great, very professional and always trying to help. If there is one thing that needs TLC is the carpet on the hallway and especially the first floor.
