Only issue we had was with loudness next to us but security handled it well and quickly. The rooms are not sound proof so at 2 am there was a lot of commotion in the hallway that woke us. Otherwise our experience was amazing

Property was a prime location but hotel was extremely outdated, and staff was not attentive at all. Asked for flickering light bulb to be changed 3 times never happened, our room was freezing and we told the engineering staff that 3 times and no one did anything. Not a good experience and will never be staying at this brand of hotel again.

Just a word of caution- we were on 2nd floor and room was next to an outside HVAC which occasionally would rev up and vibrate our room. We didn’t notice this until after 8pm. Staff were very accommodating and we were able to switch our room the next day to a higher floor. So if hums bother you, opt for the higher floors.

The staff was very kind and friendly. I appreciate the customer service. The room we had was small for the price and the rose scented bathroom soaps are all terrible. Otherwise, good experience.

The Fairmont Copley Plaza is fabulous, gracious, and as a “Boston Grande Dame” is easy to underestimate. Yet it is friendlier that most of Boston's cutting edge modern hotels, and more convenient, with astoundingly creative cuisine in the busy bar/dining room, luxurious room details, and with a collection of probably 80 to 100 framed signed original prints from Picasso and Miro and Matisse more, that few hotels worldwide would ever consider placing on public corridors and walls. Our family loved our stay here!!
