We loved this hotel. Absolutely one of the best we have stayed in. The hotel is rich in history, has amazing art deco architecture, the rooms are huge, and it is dead silent in that hotel. Lots of dining and shopping nearby. I usually try to stay at different hotels when I visit the same area so I can get different experiences, but I definitely will be returning to this hotel again.

This Hotel was a rare and wonderful find. The service was outstanding and the rooms spacious and amazingly clean. The heated floors in the bathroom were a great perk and the bathrobes were soft and plush!

Great stay! I brought my dog with me and just called to let them know after booking. They had two travel dishes, a mat, and ball ready in the room. Friendly staff and such a cute neighborhood. Also booked a roover for the day while I had to work - I recommend Megan .. very nice and walkable distance from the hotel.

Stunning restoration. Great valet staff. Unfortunately, the desk staff wasn't as interested in working there. Busy hanging out with each other vs. taking the time to welcome holiday travelers. Easily solved by professional development and an occasional unexpected management visit or secret shopper program. Breakfast could be better than the coffee shop - though the decor is clever.
