The staff were lovely, especially Lynette, as were the people we met in the area. The breakfast option was super convenient. The hotel is within walking distance of the local town centre (touchwood) which has everything you need. An ideal location. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was decorated to a Modern standard and immaculately clean. The soap & lotion accessories were delightful. My family, especially, enjoyed the pool & Hot tub which stayed open until 7pm for children & 8pm for Adults. Pity about the parking being 24hour.

The property was nicely rennovated with some good eco friendly initiatives. We had a large standard room which had space gor a sofa but didn't have one. It could do with a coffee machine in the room but overall it was a nice room for the price.

Very noisy in the room, the noise from the next room was as though there was no partition. poor support staff, first room was being worked on when I entered and the second room had empty shampoo and shower gel. Overall not a Hotel I would return to.

Room was comfortable. clean and tidy. Shower was spacious, room well equipped. It would have been useful to have 2 arm chairs at the little table. Staff at the bar were excellent and they had a good selection of beers, gin and whiskey. (all my favourites!). The staff at breakfast were friendly and efficient. Breakfast choice was huge, everything worked, my cousin had large dish of porridge too. Car park was a bit busy but always managed to find a slot. Can't wait to come again.
