I’ll start with the great things. Super close to Disneyland. It’s a 5 minute walk to the gates. That was the best thing about staying here. We had a one bedroom with a kitchen and I wasn’t sure what the layout was like but I would way it’s a very small standard room with a little tiny room added on that was the kitchen. It had all the things we needed in the kitchen: fridge, microwave, stove, oven and sink and a little table. Which was nice. I felt like the room could have been clean. The carpet seems pretty dirty. The beds were comfortable. The maids didn’t clean at all but they came and brought towels and took our garbage. My complaint is the parking. They have very few self park spots and then a bunch of reserved valet spots. Which happened to be by our room. So we could never just park by our room. That was annoying. They would valet for free if the self park was full but then if we wanted anything from our car we had to walk to the valet desk. Just kind of a pain. I would stay here again for the convenience but definitely not a super nice room. Just ok.

This is a great property. The staff is one of the nicest staff. The parking is a bit tight because the property isn't too big (we had a car this trip) but it's manageable the valet is fast and they are nice.

You only get clean towels daily, and they empty garbage cans, no other service for your room. We arrived early and they said we will text you when room was ready, I called an hour before check in and they said as soon as ready we'll call you. When we went back to hotel right around check in time, the girl at counter said, we don't offer that service to call when room is ready, and wanted to know who told me that, well I didn't take anybody names down, one in person checking in, and another a phone call .( Just tell customers come back at 4pm.) Best thing about the hotel is how close it is to Disneyland The stay was good, the price good, friendly staff

Tropicana Inn and Suites for the win.
A great place to stay if you’re going to Disneyland. Literally right across the street. Book early, they sell out fast. The Cove is perfect too for drinks and snacks.
