Our room had a dirty pillow but the cleaning personnel changed the cover for us. Lift is missing some lights. When you select your floor there is nothing to say which floor is selected and when you reach there no indication on which floor you are at. Small things else the place is great.

I chose this property for the rooms with the bunkbed with a door. This was perfect for myself as an adult with my parents to avoid paying for two rooms. I could not find anything of a similar situation without being much further from the park and for a lot more money. The photos showed a sliding door but our room was a full on glass door and I could not hear them through it. Bed was comfortable even though a bunk bed. Pool was good. Breakfast was perfect for a quick eat before heading out. Door of hotel to gate of Disneyland was a 15 minute walk. Two pharmacies across the street for quick buys. Was perfect for our 4 day stay.

Perfect stay for disneyland
Service was exceptional, very clean and Check in was super easy and smooth. Would definitely recommend. Only complaint was that the pull out sofa was falling apart and not very comfortable. Easy walk to Disneyland.

For the money was one of the nicest places i’ve ever stayed, would highly recommend this for any family traveling to Disneyland

The only thing I did not like is.They don't help you off load and load your luggage. No bell boy And if you don't tell them to clean your room they won't clean your room And When you want. Them to clean your room.You have to be very detail on what you want to be done to the room They only. Throw away your trash and fresh towels I had to tell them to make a bed vacuum all the cleaning To be done

This property is very family friendly. Rooms are quiet, didn’t hear other guests but maybe once. Breakfast was enjoyable. Gave 5 stars for cleanliness and staff & service. Gave 4 stars only because 4.5 wasn’t an option. I forgot my cell phone charging base ant home and I couldn’t find a usb port anywhere, luckily I found one in my car. I would also have given 4.5 stars for the Area Around the Property, A guest must have dumped leftovers in the middle of the parking area and cars drove through and spread the food everywhere. It was like walking through a mine field trying not to step on food and drag it into my car. Overall, great experience. Will definitely stay again.
