This place did what i needed to do. It had a fridge, microwave and sold A/C. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely give this place a try for all you Disneyland lovers who don't want to spend an arm an a leg.

Staff was great! Room was great with the exception of the noisy parking lot. You could hear everything, people talking loudly at 130am, car locks being activated, suitcases rolling, ect, which was rough with the kids sleeping in the front room area (downstairs, facing the parking lot near lobby). Beds were comfy. Trash was removed and new towels were added daily. Not a super far walk from Disney but also not the closest:) But for the price we will walk.

Don’t expect to get the full breakfast…
Be warned! We specifically booked this hotel because it was advertised on their own website with: "Do You Have Free Breakfast? Yes, we have a full hot breakfast, including; waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, bagels, a variety of cereals, juices, coffee, and tea." They had none of those hot options except for half-cooked waffles. The room was ok. Basic, but it was what we expected. Mostly we wanted what looked like a great advertised breakfast before going to Disneyland.
