Good location but that's it.

The welcome at the hotel was ok but the man at reception was patronising and condescending. A couple arrived after us and was greeted with a glass of champagne which we had to ask for, which seemed very inconvenient for him to do so. The room was claustrophobic wth no windows in the room at all ( not even in the bathroom). Beds not changed in 3 days we was there, had to get leave dirty glasses outside our room after 2 days of not being changed or collected. The breakfast was nice but again was spoken to like a child after I had asked for some butter and she walked away muttering under her breath. On her return I made her aware I looked for butter at the counter but there wasn't any there hence why I was asking she corrected me by letting me know it was actually the last piece of butter left at the buffet. We decided to use the spa on the last day. The jacuzzi didn't work so basically just a big hot bath, we found two half eaten rotten apples thrown behind a lounger and the other hot bath had black stones all floating around the bottom. Over rated wouldn't stay at another W because of this and would Highly NOT recommend this hotel.

Amazing Stay!

Pros: Amazing Stay at the beautiful W Hotel, Staff could not do enough, excellent location, beautiful stylish rooms, we will be back!!
Cons: There was nothing i didnt like about the hotel :-)
