Staff were lovely and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was ok but expensive for the limited choice. Drinks purchased from the bar was very reasonably priced and of good quality. It took us around 45 minutes to walk from the hotel into the centre of Amsterdam. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely city.

We had a great stay during our trip to Amsterdam. The staff were very lovely & helpful, the facilities were clean & safe and the location was a walkable distance to public transport. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Amsterdam next.

nice comfortable stay and really friendly staff, not much around there in the evenings but it's just a few minutes walk from Amstel station and the metro or tram into the city or you can walk right into the centre along the river in 45mins you have to request for your room to be cleaned but that worked fine and ultimately it's more eco friendly

Perfect for transport links, all 5 minute walk. Hotel and staff friendly and attentive. The room was well equipped and comfortable. I’m sure we will use the same Hotel on our next visit.

The place was really good, staff were friendly enough, only thing that did bother me was we had to get our own towels from the reception which I felt a bit odd, as on the brochure they give you says dial 9 to ask for more towels but when you call them they say we have to get it ourselves, being a hotel I would say this service should be provided. Apart from this everything else was good.

From the super friendly check in to the excellent customer service we received throughout our stay, Hotel Casa was an absolute joy. Easy to walk to from the station, it is signposted. We also walked into Amseterdam central serveral times and this took about 45 mins, but was very straight forward and picturesque. Great area for brunch and evening meals. Lots of high quality food venues nearby. The rooftop bar at the hotel itself was a must for the sunsets.

- Nice location. Walkable from Amstel train/metro station with easy links to the city. - Modern and clean facilities. - Friendly staff. We did not remember our room number and one member helped us to find it.

Reception was okay. The Brazilian women working there was really nice. But the staff working at night were okay…( not very nice ). The gapp closes at 11pm but we arrived 30m before the close time and only wanted to order a small cider and they didn’t let us even tho people where served at the time we arrived. I mean overall it depends who makes your coffee and serves you some people are amazing and others aren’t , the view at gapp is absolutely amazing tho!
