We had a wonderful stay, the staff is friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the room was nice an warm and clean. The hotel is close to many museums and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

This is really a lovely hotel definitely 4 or 5* the staff couldn't be more helpful, friendly or accommodating. Throughout the whole hotel was immaculate at all times, despite never once seeing a house keeper during our 3 night stay. A 24 hour reception desk, a gorgeous, fully stocked bar and amazing separate restaurant. In a very convenient and safe location, with easy access to various public transport options and routes, a large selection of shops and some restaurants near very close by. Couldn't fault this hotel or our stay at all.

Felt so bad that we did not get the room facing the canal/street. The room facing the other building is not worth the price paid for. Sorry but that’s how I feel. On my first stay, we had the view of the canal and street which was magnificent view and not really noisy.
