Hotel Sebastian’s is in an excellent location, close to the Central Station and lots of bars/cafes/restaurants. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and I would have no hesitation booking the hotel again for a return trip to Amsterdam, or recommending it to others.

Great service from 2 employees: Mauro & Steffan. Both went out of their way to make sure that we welcomed. They provided guidance on restaurants (the best apple pie) along with directions to everywhere we wanted to go. Enjoyed the atmosphere and amenities also. All staff were kind and helpful. If you're in Amsterdam don't miss an opportunity to stay here.

Very great experience overall. Staff is friendly, helpful and informative. They are flexible and willing to store luggage which helped us a lot on our trip. The bar is nice and the breakfast is well done and decently priced, we had it each morning. The room was clean and included everything we needed. It felt luxurious and comfortable. The flexibility in type of room helped our large group stay together comfortably. Location is close to the city center and especially close to the train station. When in Amsterdam, stay at Sebastian's!

The staff is amazing. Most people have reviews saying the same, and I completely agree. Very friendly, easy to understand, and easy to talk to. The visual appeal of the property is beautiful, especially during our stay as it was decorated for the winter holiday. I loved the view we had from our room. More importantly, it is walking distance to/from the central metro, which is extremely convenient.

Spectacular Stay
We only stayed for one night, wish it could have been for more. This boutique hotel is in a fantastic location with the canal at the front of the property. The whole stay was excellent and the colleague's are so friendly. The rooms are spectacular with free tea and coffee facilities. Toiletries are also provided with bathrobes to use. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing stay. The staff were lovely, kind and helpful. We had a small basement room and it was flawless. Plenty of room for me and my partner. Nespresso coffee machine and pods stocked up daily. There's a mini fridge with beers and soft drinks the beer was €3.50 and the soft drinks were €3. Good price. The bed was so comfortable best sleep we have had in ages. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We got engaged whilst there and the hotel were so kind in congregating us. We will definitely be returning.
