It’s located in a central but quiet area of the city. The room was lovely and looked out straight over the canal. All the staff we came across were friendly and helpful.

We had to wait over 30min for our room even though we went after 3pm. They offered us drinks while waiting the room and then tried to charge me for it then changed their mind and said it in a way like they did me a favour. Room was super small, cannot put two large suitcase in the standard room. Location was not bad.

I was not aware rhat the hotel was VIP access, so would not know what to expect. The room (101) had recently been renovated and it was spacious. The sink was outside the bathroom, which took some adjusting to. The room/bathroom was clean and comfortable.

Excellent Central Family Accommodation
Great location in quiet, but central location, less than 15 mins walk from Centraal Station. Super friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Room perfect size for family of 4. Very large bathroom, with separate shower and bath, ideal for bathing small children and taking shower at same time. Large double sink. Beds were extremely comfortable, we all had a great night's sleep! Absolutely zero noise from outside the hotel to disturb us. A little internally, but minimal and to be expected. Good breakfast available for a fair price, perhaps a little room for improvement here. Overall a super hotel, wouldn't hesitate to recommend, or book again.

A great boutique Hotel in a wonderful part of Amsterdam. A great vibe in the area, walkable from the train station which then brings you right to the airport. The staff was super friendly and helped make my partner’s birthday very memorable.
