This is a great option for the price. We were on the ground floor and routinely had noisy people smoking outside our room. Due to the warm summer temperatures and lack of AC we needed the window open which made this not so nice. The hotel provided everything we needed, but was rather minimal in terms of amenities. Barely enough space to move around in our room, but it got the job done.

The hotel is non-smoking, but the smell of tobacco in our room was too heavy. The staff says they can do nothing. Also, no shampoo or soap is provided, which is not a big deal but inconvenient. The staff was friendly, but I wish they could find another room for us

Great Hotel
Very lovely hotel, with brilliant staff! The hotel was well located and is only a few minutes walk from the Melkweg Max which was great for us. During our stay there was a freak heat wave so its understandable that the hotel was not overly prepared for it. They did but a fan in each room which helped a bit. My only criticsm is that there was no mini fridge in the room, so weren't able to keep our drinks cold during the heatwave.

Place was perfect. Awesome staff, super friendly. My only complaint was no air condition - but i was there at the hottest time of the year, on the top floor. Very modern, renovated, clean room.

Great location. Bus stop and tram really close by. The only negatives being that there is no air conditioning- we were on the third floor and it was hot, even with the window open. The bathroom also had strong drain smell. Other than that this is a nice hotel, well located and clean.
