"The resort is beautiful. Our room was not the cleanest when we arrived but, hey, we were in a jungle. No hot water for the first 4 days and out shower flooded but we got things figured out. Lots to do on the property. Loved swimming in the cenote and the calmer pools. The main pool was a little crazy ..."

"It’s a basic travel hotel. Prob on par with a Marriott Courtyard or Four Points Sheraton. You’ll get charged if you want any extras - even check-in one hour early will cost you. Convenient to the museums."

"It was a night after an NCL cruise and an early morning flight. Arrived at 930 and they were able to get us into a room. ( otherwise they have luggage storage) Very accommodating. Key fob or buzzer to enter front door. Seemed very clean and very close to cruise port. Top pool view is unreal."
