"Overall nice place. Very good breakfast. Room was hot in the evening. It had air conditioning, but the concierge refused to turn it on. I slept with the window open and the blind rolled all the way up. Maid didn't replace towels and dirty mugs. She'd tidy the bed though."

"Walkable to all major attractions. Steps away from the Water bus station. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Room is clean and comfy. Would stay here again when I visit Venice."

"This property does what it’s designed to do. It’s not a luxury hotel, but as a stopover between a train and a bus to the mountains, its location works nicely. It’s also very convenient for a quick ride into Venice. I will stay again."
