This was my favourite hotel during my stay in Italy. Extremely kind and friendly staff, beautiful rooms, very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The hotel is also very wheelchair accessible and just steps away from the accessible vaporetto.

The hotel is a great place with perfect accommodations. We walked about 20 minutes to get to the center of Venice. The taxi option and public transportation is outside the door.

Nice hotel on the water
Very nice hotel! The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. We checked in early and our room was ready. The hotel is between two vaporetto stops, so it makes it easy to use the public transit!

What a lovely hotel. Everything is spotless, and so well maintained. Rooms are very quiet. The location is convenient to so many dining options and shops. Since it is waterfront it also has direct access to water taxis and ferries to get you to and from the airport, trains and busses. As far as the staff goes they are top notch - the best we've interacted with in Italy so far. Vincent at the hotel bar is a truly fanatic bartender and wonderful person. We miss him already. We will absolutely return.

This hotel was amazing. We had a great time. My ONLY feedback was that the walls were very thin. Even in our suite, we could hear the jets going in rooms above us and beside us, at any hour of the night or morning, and people in the hallway, felt as if they were directly in our room. I am not a light sleeper, but was still woken up by this. Just something to keep in mind. Other than that, everything was a 10/10, the front desk team was amazing, bartenders in lobby bar, amazing, rooms, exceptional. Honestly it was one of our favourites on our honeymoon!

We really enjoyed the stay. Best service ever! The hotel staff helped with any questions we had. The best way to the hotel from the airport was the water taxi. Short walk from airport or car rental to water taxi. They dropped us off in front of the hotel. You can also take the water bus and it is also a short walk. Will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Stop scrolling and stay here, you won’t regret it! We spent weeks browsing before deciding on this one and we are so happy with it. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the complimentary water taxi to Murano is really fun and an amazing experience. We were upgraded to the suite with canal view which was sublime! The breakfast is delicious and sitting in the courtyard for an evening drink from the bar is dreamy.
