Great location. The hotel is on the water, close to the water taxi stop. It's very convenient, you don't have to carry your luggage too far—within walking distance of all the attractions. This was an amazing hotel. If I could give it 12/10 I would. The hotel property is excellent. There are no amenities, such as a pool or exercise room but we didn't want that. We were there to see Venice The Dorsoduro District is an excellent location for a hotel. The view of the canal is beautiful. The hotel location is busy enough that there are many restaurants and some shops. However, it is not overwhelming and overcrowded as it is near the Doge's Palace/St. Mark's Square. It is a relatively short walk or public water bus to St. Mark's Square or Rialto Bridge. As excellent as the hotel property is, the staff are absolutely fantastic. They helped us arrange transport to the hotel before we got there. When we checked out on the morning of departure, they let us stow our luggage until well in the evening (about 10 hours). Then, they arranged ground transportation to the airport and one of their staff transported our bags about 1500 feet to one of the few car parks on the edge of Venice (no cars are allowed in Venice) for our limousine to the airport. The service provided by their staff was well above any hotel I've ever stayed in the US. The buffet breakfast there was a feast. Many delicious food options that put the buffet breakfast at any US hotel I have stayed to shame

Lovely hotel with great client service. Canal overlook at the front & back which I suspect is not so many of the rooms. Still a great off-beat location, away from the main crowds & pefect for the Rendore festival.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful and kind. We had upgrades for the rooms we booked that were fantastic! We would absolutely stay here again!
