It’s a great hotel to stay at in Venice, close to everything (piazza San Marco was less then a minute walk away). The room was large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was fairly basic but adequate. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Venice.

We loved this hotel! It was so comfortable, clean, and quaint. The staff was amazing. The hotel is located so close to St. Mark's Square. The afternoon coffee and sweets is delightful. Our room was comfortable.

Close to San Marco.
The main hotel was very nice but we were located in the annex on the 5th floor with no elevator. This was difficult with large luggage or after a full day of walking. The bellhop did help with the luggage though. Entry to the annex was in a back alley. Room was large and nice although a bit dark. Front desk staff were great. Hotel location was excellent.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment in the annexe building overlooking the canal. The apartment was large and perfect for our needs. Bear in mind that the canals are the roads of venice and get busy and noisy from early morning

Lovely modern apartment centrally located
Lovely apartment that was modern and looked like new. There was plenty of space. The apartment is a great location, very close to St Marks square and the main hotel is just round the corner, so we went there for breakfast and at the end of the day would pop in there for a nightcap

The space that a 2-bedroom apartment allowed 2 couples in a busy city was great. Only thing that wasn't provided was a toaster in the kitchen and one of the power points didn't work. Also, we couldn't get the hairdryer to work in the bathroom. I had indicated when I booked on Expedia that we would pay at the property on arrival so that we could split the cost. However, I got an email from the hotel 30days before saying that it had to be paid now. So that caused a bit of drama organising that. If I hadn't been checking my emails I wouldn't of known.
