I loved staying at this property and I can't say enough about the truly lovely staff! The hotel itself is old and a bit dated but they keep it clean! The location is primo - easy to walk to Piazza San Marco and many other sites of interest. Water taxis and a "boat bus" stop are right out front. It exudes old Italian charm. Great food and wonderful service. Thanks especially to our morning waitresses and Luigi and his team in the afternoons/evenings.

Perfect Venice Location!!
Fantastic hotel. Perfect location in Venice. Staff was very friendly. Room was sizable. Only issue is the small shower but I think that’s typical in Europe. A little noisy being next to the Rialto Bridge but absolutely worth it. Must stay!

Property is in a great location as its in the heart of Venice. In an attempt to keep the traditional decor of the hotel, the rooms lack the comfort of properly working air conditioning and soft bedding. The rooms were quite stuffy as we couldn't keep windows open due to mosquitos. However, the bathrooms are recently renovated and are fantastic. It would be great if the rest of the room received this treatment

We had an unforgettable experience during our stay at the Rialto in Venice! The location is simply unbeatable, situated right next to the famous Rialto Bridge and with views over the Grand Canal. Being so centrally located made it easy to explore all of Venice’s major attractions, from St. Mark’s Square to the lively local markets, all within walking distance. The hotel itself is charming and full of Venetian character. Our room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, with lovely traditional touches that made it feel authentic. The view from the window overlooking the canal was breathtaking, especially at sunset. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring we had a restful sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The staff at the Rialto were outstanding, always friendly and eager to help with any request. From recommendations for local dining spots to arranging transport, they made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast served on the terrace was delicious, with a great selection of fresh pastries, fruit, and coffee, providing the perfect start to our days. We highly recommend the Rialto to anyone visiting Venice who is looking for a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and authentic Venetian charm. We can’t wait to return!

The hotel is very nice however the panoramic terrance was under construction but the view was still amazing. We booked the honeymoon suite with the balcony it would have been nice to have a small table & 2 chairs on the balcony but there was nothing. The room was a little dated but I think it added to the Venice experience. We had a great time. Gondola was steps away, water bus was steps away, taxi came right to the hotel. Door to door service to the train station & airport. Great location highly recommend!

Not worth the money!
Location, in theory is great, however it was overpriced for the room we had. The room was big but there was mold in the shower, only had two thin pillows, the furniture was old and run down including the mattress which was very thin and uncomfortable. AC was almost non-functioning and when you opened the windows mosquitos flew in since there were no screens.

I stayed for three days, and it was an excellent choice for someone who came to Venice for the first time. The hotel is near the Vaporetto station and the famous bridge, which are perfect. The room was perfect for a solo traveller and looked recently refresred. The bathroom required a bit of manoeuvring inside, but it is a historical building. The breakfast was good, freshly prepared, and the coffee was excellent. I would say that the room TV is probably less important than speedy broadband nowadays, but that is just my personal opinion.
