Staff was OK. The location of hotel is very convenient but the actual room was not clean. the ceiling in my room had some type of dried brown liquid leaking from it. The shower in the room was filthy, we notified front desk but they didn’t do anything to accommodate. Wont be booking again

This place will make your stay happy. Indoor swimming pool and fitness. They have DOVE soaps and skin care, I love it. I already copied it to promote them on my FB once back, they really deserve it.

High price for what they have and offer, noisy train pass next to the Hotel, most of employees(unprofessional) do not care about the place and guest, the pool needs to be cleaned,policy says no animals allowed but I met a guest with 2 dogs, etc...

The hotel common areas were clean and fresh smelling on the first floor but once you get to the upper floors, the hall smelled musty. Our room was clean but the bathroom needed work. The fixtures did not work properly, no water pressure in the shower or sink, tub drain wouldn’t open causing back up while showering.

Liked that we had a fridge and microwave to help us save money on eating out. Renovation was nice-loved the curtains for sleeping in. Plenty of pillows. Room smelled funny, though. Nice heated pool. Breakfast was decent but not enough room for the amount of guests on the weekend. Also not enough elevators for the size of the hotel…often had to wait, but we did not mind all of this as we were not in a rush, the price was great, and the location was convenient to the attractions. I noticed negative reviews on the staff, but they were fine for us. Not over-the-top friendly but not unhelpful, either. They were just there. Really great place to stay overall.

Just your basic hotel. Nothing special but it was affordable, clean and comfortable. Liked that there was a large fridge and microwave in the room. Included breakfast was a nice touch.
