I was unhappy about there being only one working elevator during my stay. I would have used the stairs but my room was on the 7th floor. I also felt that the bathroom needed some renovations, e.g. peeling wallpaper. We were looking for information/brochures in the room that would give us some dining options in the area.

The room and hotel were fine. The elevator was extremely slow due to the fact only one of two elevators was working during our entire week stay. I was also expecting more from the pool area. Just boring and at one point my daughter and I were alone in the pool with four men. It would have been nice for some from staff to make an appearance. I’m sure security could see on camera we were alone. I also think they were low on pool towels.

Room was good as long as you open the window for fresh air but the guests were so annoying on floor 6,one night they smoked weed,disgusting smell came to our room..Next night some men were arguing in the hall at 3 am and woke me up.I couldn’t sleep well.They need to take some measurements.Won’t be coming back..
