• OUTDOOR DELIGHT: Grill your meals on the back deck with swivel high top chairs and a bar top. Perfect for morning coffee, drinks and a sunset dinner while you overlook the lake. Also there is the comfy covered porch with a sectional sofa and open lake view.
The fire pit and its 4 Adirondack chairs are set at the lake wall.

• HOLIDAY READY: Fully equipped kitchen with new Bosch appliances, a gas stove and kitchen quartz. We even have a special set of China and a big roasting pan for holiday feasts!

Beautiful Lakeside Retreat

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful lakeside retreat. The view was incredible, the home was tastefully decorated and extremely clean. You have thought of everything. This is truly a 10 out of 10! This house is new, clean, well stocked and perfect for a getaway. We didn't get to enjoy the lake as our trip was short anf for an event that kept us busy most of the weekend. However it is right in your back yard and looks amazing. So nany extras in the house. We have family close by and will be renting this home again.

BEAUTIFUL Home

Every aspect of this rental was excellent. From the initial communication with the owner Katherine until our checkout, everything exceeded our expectations. The home is so clean, comfortable, cozy and homelike, you just want to curl up and enjoy the setting and there are plenty of areas to do just that. We had a wonderful, relaxing four day stay. A Little Piece of Heaven

When you stay here this is how you feel. Kathrine is a wonderful host making sure your stay is as perfect as possible. Perfect! Water, view and walks.

What an amazing property. So many lovely places to enjoy your favorite beverage. The pond is large enough to spend a 3 hours on one side then 3 on the other. Yard games or walk on paths behind the house. Owner is wonderful and respective. Views are fantastic! They even added a new boat dock. This is my third year there and hey keep making it better. The check out instructions stated we need to put linen In the washer and since we have a cleaning fee - not fond of that! 2 people is a load so if there were more 2 loads would be needed. So budget the time to pack and get ready

Wachusett ski weekend

Perfect, lovely home for a quick ski weekend at Wachusett. The home is brand new, clean, on a lovely small lake or pond. Digital entry worked well. Early arrival and late departure were appreciated. Very convenient to Wachusett Mountain for skiing. I would love to see the property in the summer.

Wonderful Home!

My husband and I stayed at Katherine's lake house for the weekend and it was wonderful! The home is well maintained and very clean. There was plenty for us to do and the kitchen is fully equipped. I definitely recommend staying here, especially if you are going to Wachusett Mountain as it is close by!

Quiet restful and peaceful

Beautiful looking property overlooking a lake. Great to wake up and sit and watch the nature and fall foliage around the lake. Quiet and restful place to return to after a day of sightseeing and activity. Enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and the little boat house is pretty neat. Nice comfortable bedding excellent climate control very peaceful and quiet in the evening way better than returning to a hotel. Had a great stay thanks for having us.

AMAZING!!!!!

The location is just so peaceful and beautiful!!! The picture are great but the house itself is even better. Very clean, very beautifully decorated and all of it is brand new and top of the line. The Queen size bed is so very comfortable. The linens are beautiful. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you might ever need. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk around. This house is right on a beautiful lake. The Fall colors were like a movie. Very private. Not one negative thing to say. We hope to return soon. The hosts were very easy to communicate with!!! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!
