Spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home walking distance from Mackey Arena and Ross-Ade Stadium. Enjoy the nice weather and tailgate in the Purdue-themed, detached garage.

An updated spin on an old unique and charming house. Recently remodeled, featuring all-new kitchen design and appliances and modernized bathrooms. All three bedrooms are located upstairs. Lots of windows allow this house to be a bright and lively place to bring friends and family. One master bedroom with a king bed and two bedrooms both with twin-sized trundle beds. All beds have nice linens for a comfortable night of sleep. A large conference table in the dining room can seat 8 for a wonderful family breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Flat screens located in the living room, dining room, and all bedrooms. Use the SmartTV functions or Apple AirPlay to watch all your favorite shows and movies or fill the house with your favorite music.

Great stay for a game!

Great location and the house everything we needed! About a 20 min easy walk to the stadium! 2 full bathrooms was great. Good communication with owners. We did have 2 dogs with us - great neighborhood for a walk.

Football weekend

Great house and super close to stadium and campus! We love hanging out in the garage listening to music and playing ping pong! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and bathrooms were beautiful! We will definitely stay here again!

Annual Return to Purdue

My college friends and I return to Purdue once a year for a golf outing, and the home was perfect for our stay this year. The house is nice and well kept and in a good location for getting to hot spots on campus.

5 Night Stay for Golf Tournament

The house was perfect for the three of us to stay while competing in an amateur golf tournament. The house was very well appointed and very much as advertised. The house was very centrally located with quick access to the grocery store, restaurants and anything you might need for a few nights. Accommodations were extremely comfortable with plenty of room to spread out and a nice desk for work if needed. Would be a perfect place for a football weekend as well.

Purdue basketball game

Perfect cozy stay

We had a girl's weekend and this was our home base. Great location, just a few minutes drive to so much - shopping, dining, entertainment. Plenty of parking. Cozy house with a great living room for sitting around with friends. Two trundle beds and a queen so good for a group of singles. Updated kitchen and baths, nice modern furnishings. Host was welcoming, very clear communication. Checkout was super easy, better than all other hosts I've dealt with anywhere. We STRONGLY recommend this stay if you're looking to spend some time in West Lafayette!!

Just as advertised

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well decorated and cozy. It is definitely worth the money and the owner is very easy to interface with. The things I would change are all convenience/comfort issues: All three bedrooms need lamps and nightstands. Only one had a lamp, and only the master had one nightstand for one side of the bed. The two single beds seemed short for my 6' tall boys. They slept just fine on them, but if they laid straight on the bed, they hung over one end. The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the downstairs bathroom seemed to have the same product in all three dispensers so you didn't know if you were getting soap or shampoo or conditioner. I bought bar soap so I was sure I was using soap. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, cups/glasses and utensils, as well as, pots, pans and cooking utensils. I bought a new cutting board, knives, and towels since theirs were pretty worn or didn't exist. Having tupperware to store leftovers would be nice. We cooked every day we were there. The kitchen is very new and is a pleasure to use. It was very cold when we were there, and I like walking around barefoot or in socks. The kitchen and downstairs bathroom floors were so cold I put down bath towels. Having 2-3 rugs would have been nice. We used the washer and dryer in the basement. The dryer struggled to dry the clothes - it took four forty minute cycles to get the job done. Miscellaneous thoughts: Not being able to play ping pong in the detached garage was a disappointment. The owners told us we wouldn't be able to because the lock on the garage door was broken. I hope it's fixed by spring/summer because the driveway is long in front of the garage and it's a perfect area for sitting around and watching a game/hanging out. The house is on a corner and you can hear the road noise when you go to bed. It didn't bother us. The house has some wear on it. A well placed plant in the dining room hid a crack in the wall. The stairs and wooden floors throughout the house creak when you walk on them. We found it charming, and noisier than we were used to.

Wonderful place!

We stayed at Chad’s place for Christmas. My nephew lives in west Lafayette and this was extremely convenient to his home. What a nice place and communication with Chad was wonderful. Great home, great area too. Nice walking path for our dog and us. House had everything we needed and some lovely extras from the owners too. Would stay here again and probably will!! Super clean and cute house! Great stay!!!

Wonderful location!

The house was cute and spacious, had large dinning area for breakfast and dinner. The garage has a mini bar and ping pong table in it with a heater. That was a hit! We were out there mostly tuning our fine skills. We were very pleased all in all with everything!

Wonderful Weekend

I needed a place to stay for my daughter's wedding and this house was just what I needed. It is very charming, near the hotel that my family stayed at, and roomy enough have people over for dinner. I would definitely stay here again.
