I asked the hotel when would my Room would be ready they said 2 hr I waited and came back in like 3 hrs my room walls was a mess and the photos look like the room spacious but it’s not it’s like a little box and when I asked for a refund and I basically didn’t check in yet they basically told me no with saying it and I just got tired of it so I left with no refund and just got another hotel bad experience never again

Our stay started on a rough note. Upon arrival, we discovered no luggage carriers were available, so my husband had to carry all of our bags upstairs without any assistance. To make matters worse, when he politely asked the front desk for help, their response was unprofessional and dismissive. We also booked a waterfront room but found it overlooked a courtyard instead. I had to pay for an upgrade to get the view I initially thought was included, which was disappointing and misleading. Once we settled in, the upgraded room was beautiful, the waterfront view did not disappoint. However, the initial hiccups left a lasting impression, and I’d recommend double-checking your reservation details and being prepared for some challenges during check-in.

I had never been to the wharf area of DC before and it was truly fun and comfortable experience!! I went to the Anthem to see a show and was so happy to see that it was steps away from the hotel!! I will definitely be back!!

Great location for Mall, airport, & Arlington Cemetery! The Wharf was beautiful all decorated for Christmas! Lots of restaurants! The staff was great including the valet. My only complaint was the bathroom sliding door needs a grip handle on the inside and the lock was loose from hitting the edge of the wall.

Nice hotel but hard to find
The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was average. The directions from maps does not send you to the right place as the hotel doesn’t have an entrance on Maine Avenue. Finding the lobby was a bit confusing
