We forgot an AC adapter in the room. After we leaft, we called back several times, one of the staffs promised to call back but we heard nothing from him then. My daughter is in exam period at college, so she does need the AC for her laptop. We are so disappointed at the lost and found service of the hotel. We do hope that somebody contact us soon.

Stately hotel with convenient location to the middle of the National Mall. We had a suite and the bed was comfortable but the sofa and pull out were dirty and worn and included someone’s sick from a previous stay. Quick responses from housekeeping but still kind of off-putting for first impression. Plugs often didn’t work which made for interesting technology challenges. Beautiful lobby. Nice people and definite city feel.

The location was great. Our room was spacious but could have done with an extra touch of clearning in some of the corners. The bar was dissapointing, taking ages to take our order, then to deliver drinks, then to get the bill. This said, there were some great spots for a dronk around the vacinity and we would go back.

This hotel is way too expensive for the quality and cleanliness of their rooms. You are paying for location and getting Holiday Inn type of a room. My carpet in the room was sticky, furniture heated and dated, and the worst was the bathroom where everything was so old it leaked. The sink leaked water on the carpet when run, the toilet broke on 3rd day I had to call service to fix it. After they fixed it, it started leaking water all over the floor when flushing. Everything looks old and barely maintained, do not recommend for such high price.

We initially had an issue with a very noisy air conditioner and after an attempted to fix this, we were given another room and a bottle of bubbles as compensation for bed night's sleep. We would particularly like to thank Sarah for resolving this issue. Would stay again.

This was an amazing place to stay in DC. When we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation due to a glitch with Expedia. However, Jordan was EXCELLENT and got us fixed up right away. Everyone from the doorman to the valet was very kind and considerate. Their customer service was top notch. The room was beautiful. We were traveling with our family so we got a connecting room and it was perfect for us. We did use the valet because of the in/out access but there is a garage that is $15 a day around the corner. The valet was pretty quick and you just text to get your car. The area was great. It was super walkable to the White House and all the museums. We also found amazing coffee shops and eating areas within a 10-15 minute walk. It’s a great hotel in a great location.
