Liked the proximity to the metro, and dinning options. It’s a very busy hotel with lots of guest and still managed to make you feel welcome. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and personal. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Parking at the hotel is $45 a day.

Everyone here was polite and easy to communicate with. I appreciate that even though you don't have NA beer at the bar, the bartender made a great NA mojito mocktail! The food choices are classic all American and fine. i have food allergies so I don't expect a lot from most restaurants, but the mushroom flatbread with brei, peppercinis and mushroom was pretty good. Prefer no peppercinis but i still enjoyed. I left early so I can not rate breakfast. The room was clean and I felt safe. The bed is a medium firm bed with thick pillows. I prefer extra firm and flat pillows but I slept well. The shuttle service at 4:30am was prompt and the driver was cordial. I highly recommend staying here.

Hotel was fine, and the $5 breakfast option is worthwhile. (They charge $27 for breakfast buffet without this option.) Parking fee ($45) for overnight is excessive. Lobby is a zoo with many patrons hanging out there and the attached public area (bar etc.). When I checked in, there was a lady screaming obscenities into a cell phone (sort of looked like a hooker) with the hotel staff seemingly oblivious to it. Not planning on staying there again.

Pleasant stay.
Staff was great and very helpful. We certainly had some issues with our room and had to be moved very late in the evening. That being said , the staff was very accommodating and attentive.
