There was no mention of a charge for parking anywhere on there website. An exorbitant amount of $49.23 was charged to my credit card for parking my vehicle. Had I known this prior I would have stayed elsewhere. Very disappointing, I could have filled my vehicle with that money or even payed for a couple of meals. I will not recommend them to any of my friends and family because of this.

I booked a balcony room but got a different room instead. They switched me to a balcony room the next day but I did get a refund for the first night. Apart from this little inconvenience, everything else was great. They also have electric charging stations which is completely free. I had a rental plug in hybrid car and was able to use their charging stations.

Nice Place to stay in Vail
Great place to stay. beautiful hotel and very friendly staff, but be prepared to pay $45 for parking. Crazy but that's Vail. Why would they charge for parking when its underneath the hotel.
