Fully Renovated, 5 Bedroom Vail Golf Course Home! This 5 bedroom and 5.5 bathroom, comfortably sleeps 12 guests and is located off of Fairway 2 on the Vail Golf Course (Hole #2) . The location of this home is ideal - minutes from Vail Village and enjoys the peaceful, quiet setting of a residential neighborhood. The golf course views are a must from the deck and patio hot tub!

Bedroom Floor Plan: Master Bedroom - 2 queens with en-suite shower and double vanity.  2nd Bedroom - 2 queens with en-suite shower  3rd Bedroom - 2 queens with en-suite shower  4th Bedroom - 2 queens with en-suite shower  5th Bedroom - 2 queens with en-suite shower, separate bathtub and double vanity.

Property also includes: Wireless internet.  Scenic second floor deck gas grill (propane) that overlooks 1st floor patio and golf course.  Bathroom amenities include soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion.  Replenishments are provided when additional housekeeping is requested.  A big screen smart TV is located in the living room and in the master bedroom. Use your personal favorite apps to watch your shows on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, and others.  Kitchen is equipped with utensils, appliances, multiple coffee makers, and includes a sub-zero refrigerator.  Dining area with seating for 12-14 seats; additional seating for 6 at a second dining/card/flex table.   A large laundry room with  Washer and Dryer. ​​​

Ride Free on the Town of Vail Buses! The Golf Course - Yellow Line Bus has an intown stop within close proximity of the property which makes access to the village quite easy. Please see map below to get to your bus stop - 1448 Vail Valley Drive!

For summer stays!  The property does not have central air.  It is supplied with 2 portable A/C units, one for the upper primary bedroom, and one for  the living room area.  The lower bedrooms stay cool throughout the day.

Great Multi-Family Escape
We had a wonderful time at this huge, centrally located house. There were plenty of beds to accommodate three families and lots of kids. The house was close to Vail Village and on a golf course. Beautiful Mountain Views all around. Would love to come back!

A Few Technicalities
We loved the house. At first it was impossible to work the tv, but the house manager brought in technicians to fix the problem. The hot tub needed cleaning, and she took care of that also. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Not too far from the bus stop.
