Welcome to the “Neon Nest” a family-friendly townhouse located in the heart of Traverse City. You’ll be within walking distance to the best beaches, breweries, and restaurants. Come home to 3 beautiful bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and a spacious living room.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Quiet hours are observed after 10pm. We are in a residential neighborhood so please make sure to respect our neighbors. No unauthorized parties are allowed.

Aside from the perfect location near all the major Traverse City attractions, this cozy townhouse also boasts plenty of sleeping areas for families and groups to spread out comfortably. (Note that all three bedrooms are located on the third floor.)
The light and airy master bedroom features a king-size bed, a sofa chair, a flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a Pack N Play, toys, and children's games available for young families.
Bedroom 2 is M22 themed and is outfitted with a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and a closet.
Bedroom 3 features a queen-size bed, a closet, and dual nightstands with reading lamps.
There is also a twin roll-out bed (in closet), allowing a total of 7 people plus an infant - a rare commodity in the center of Traverse City.

The home is equipped with 2.5 bathrooms, so there’s no need to jockey for space when you’re getting ready in the morning.

The open concept kitchen and living area make it easy to hang out together while the chef in your group whips up tasty meals.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with modern stainless steel appliances, a blender, a toaster, instant pot, and even a separate coffee station to make your mornings as easy and enjoyable as possible. Seating for two is available at the island bar, and the dining room table can seat an additional six. If you’re traveling with youngsters, there is a high chair in addition to children's bowls and utensils.
Relax in the cozy living room after a big meal. It is outfitted with two comfy sofas, a flatscreen TV, a fireplace, and a large collection of children's books, toys, and board games that the whole family will love. If you’re craving a breath of fresh air, head out onto the balcony off the living room. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or snuggle up with a good book on the outdoor furniture.
Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.
Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $500 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.
For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, the credit card processing fee will be deducted.

*Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.
Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.
Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.
Visitors & Noise:
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. The pet fee is $125 for up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks.
Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.
ATTENTION: Missing garage door opener will result in a $200 replacement fee.
Pets:
We have the following rules for our guests with pets or Assistance Animals. This ensures that both your stay, and that of our guests after you, will be enjoyable and relaxing. Our pet fee is $125 for up to two dogs. Maximum occupancy is set at 2 dogs under 50 pounds each. If you have any questions, please ask us! The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or pets or a service animal.
•Your animal should not be left unattended at any time. Should that become necessary, you must have and use a crate for your animal at all times while you are gone and provide them with sufficient food and water. Please use the labeled pet towels/sofa/bed covers/sheets for your pets cleaning needs and separate them from the towels/sheets provided for guest use.
•You are responsible at all times for your animal's behavior.
