The hotel is very close to a big shipping plaza which was great to kill time. It's a very clean hotel. The hotel itself and the room were nicely updated. The room we had was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The best part was the complimentary breakfast. It had so many options from cereals to different proteins, and different pastries. My husband and I had a short stay but we were impressed and very happy with our stay. About 15 min to the airport which was what we wanted. But just bear in mind that due to the proximity to the airport, you will hear airplanes whooshing by and that is not the hotels fault by any means. Just want to point that out for anyone considering staying.

Sheets had old stains like blood , staff is nice. Otherwise bathroom was clean. Of course bathroom walls are thin but that’s standard in most of the hotels. No microwave in the room.

We recently stayed at Hyatt hotel at 5787 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L4Z 2H7, Canada for two nights, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by a significant issue with the bed. The mattress was sagging, providing little to no support, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I brought this to the attention of the manager, who sent a staff member to inspect the room. However, whatever adjustments were made did not improve the bed's condition. We spent two restless nights in the room, struggling to get comfortable. What was more disappointing was the lack of follow-up from the manager or any staff member. No one checked in with us to see if the issue was resolved or if we needed further assistance. While Hyatt hotel has potential, the subpar bed and inadequate customer service fell short of our expectations. For a hotel to truly excel, attention to detail and follow-through on guest concerns are essential

I checked in with my family at about 6pm. Check in was good and everything seemed fine. Fast forward to 2am, my spouse and kids kept complaining of something biting on them and after closer investigation, we found bed bugs on the bed. We killed about 5 of them (I have pictures) and we reported immediately to the front desk. They apologized and after their own observation they offered to change our room, they only had a one king bed room even though I had booked double queen with a family of 5. I was up till 4am doing laundry and washing every single piece of clothing we brought into the room. The rest of the night was ruined and we didn’t get much sleep. Breakfast was average at best and upon checking out the house keeping manager apologized again and offered to give me points for a one night stay at any of their hotel which was a bit disappointing because I expected a full refund, because of the trauma of passing through that sort of ordeal and we didn’t sleep a wink. You pay for comfort when you book a hotel and when they don’t deliver on that, it’s fair enough they refund. My partner and kids are still itchy and we will be seeking medical help but the lasting thought of what transpired and sight of bed bugs crawling on the beds will leave a lasting memory in our heads. Do better Hyatt Place, it was my first time staying there and most likely my last.

The staff was warm and accommodating. We really enjoyed the extensive breakfast options. My only complaint was that there were some noisy guests in the hallways at night, but there were large groups staying in the hotel and it's only normal.

This isn’t my first time at Hyatt. Anytime my family and I vacation in Toronto, we stay at the Hyatt. This would have been a 5 stars if it wasn’t for some issues. For transparency purposes, one of the issue was clarified. 1. When we arrived at about 8pm, we noticed that there was a party in the convention centre, which is not a big deal. But a couple of hours later, the room hallway was noisy from guests but we didn’t complain because we were understanding that there was a party in the building. But the reception called our room to let us know that we were being noisy in the hallway. This was very confusing because our toddler kids were already asleep. So we stepped out to confirm and noticed the hallway was still very noisy. We we informed the front desk that it wasn’t us. The following morning, we received another call from the front desk, stating they wanted to check on us because they got several complaints from our hallway. It was quite frustrating because we had even fallen asleep early from exhaustion. At the time it felt targetted being persons of color. I did complain to the manager and to be honest he was calm about explaining the morning call, as due process and that they were calling all those on the floor and not just us. We took it in good faith. The second night was less noisy and pretty usual. All good. 2. We’ve been coming to Hyatt since 2021 and the breakfast menu has been the same. A menu switch up would be good.
