Staff were friendly and supportive especially Nicole at the Brilliant desk checking in and out ! Nicole was very helpful and professional with a smile ! Hotel room was recently refurbished and balcony was very clean ! Construction going on close to hotel so it was noisy on Friday but quiet on the weekend. Had a very good dinner at the restaurant down stairs ! Good food and decent prices ! Good staff ! Busy hotel so be patient ! Great location with pools for adults and a separate pool for families to keep entertained ! Fresh new smell with new carpets and most of all my bed was very comfortable ! Thanks Gerard

I arrived late at night and the receptionist was very courteous and made a good impression. The hotel has a high-rise floor, but there were no excessive elevator waits because the elevators are separated by level. The facilities were somewhat old, but clean and comfortable enough. If you are heading to this hotel late at night and don't want to walk around downtown at night, it might be better to take a cab.

Hotel was clean and rooms have balconies. They cater to adults and families by having separate pools. Both the adult and family pools are very nice. The restaurant has great food. The hotel is located a block from Eaton Center.

Our first room’s patio door was broken and wouldn’t close. So the room was cold and unsafe. We were moved to another room and the heat didn’t work. It blew out cold air all weekend and was also very cold. The breakfast buffet is NOT worth the money. Go to the actual restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff are wonderful. It’s a very busy hotel with lots going on all hours. It’s a bit outdated too. But its location and convenience are worth it. The staff are really attentive too.
