We were supposed to have 2 others join my grandson and I for our 4 night stay but 2 had to cancel because of sickness, upon check in we were told that if it was just the 2 of us we didn't need that room and were switched rooms which I found strange. The lack of outlets was a problem as we had to plug in our devices into the lamps on either side of the beds which fried my phone charger and also fried my grandson's Nintendo switch game system so my phone charger can easily be replaced but not his expensive game system !!! So now he is left without a gaming system as well I'm out the money for all the games that were purchased as his Christmas gift because games are not returnable !!! So now the games are useless and I have a very disappointed 9 yr old grandson!!! Also when he was at the water slide the life guard was sleeping and had to be woken up by the girl at the top of the slide because he wasn't answering the intercom and she had to come and wake him up!! He wouldn't have been any help in an emergency situation.
